that will not load, a request to reuse the numbers — all welcome. There is no contact
form; email is faster and leaves you with a record of what you sent.

We aim to reply within 5–10 working days. Copyright notices and privacy requests
are handled through the same address — put the subject line from the relevant policy
page on them so they are not missed.
1. What to put in your email
A few lines of context turn a message we have to chase into one we can act on the
same day.
- Data correction
- The page URL, the figure that looks wrong, and what it should be. Where our numbers disagree with the official scorecard, the scorecard wins — tell us and we fix ours.
- Missing match or player
- The match or player, the competition and the date. Coverage is thinner for older, associate and some women's cricket, so this genuinely helps.
- Something broken
- The page URL, what you did, what happened, and roughly when. A screenshot helps.
- Reusing our data
- What you want to use, where it would appear and whether it is commercial. See Terms of Use, section 3 — we usually say yes to people who ask.
- Copyright takedown
- Follow the DMCA Policy and use the subject line DMCA Takedown Notice.
- Privacy request
- See Privacy Policy, section 9. We respond within 30 days.
2. Who you are writing to
CricStats is an independent, fan-run cricket statistics site. It is
not affiliated with the ICC, the BCCI, any national board, any
franchise league, any team or any player — so we cannot pass a message to a
player, arrange an interview, confirm a squad, or answer for anything a board has
done. For any of that, the relevant board or league is the place to go.
3. Things we will not be able to help with
- Betting, fantasy or tipping questions — we do not give predictions or advice of any kind.
- Contacting players, teams or boards on your behalf.
- Link-exchange, guest-post and paid-placement offers.
- Automated bulk access to the site without prior written permission — see the Terms of Use.
